Pre-V Day Showga Special: Inward Facing Love – w musical guest Miles Lassi
February 6 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm$20
(Live Music + Yoga)
Showga is an event series focused on empowerment through the senses, incorporating yoga, live music, lights, aromatherapy, and visualization. Participants learn to work with the senses as tools for wellness, stress reduction, and creative flow. Reset and reconnect to the wonder of being alive!
Showga is down with any excuse to celebrate love! We’re joining the February V Day-themed madness with a slight shift in direction: Inward.
Unconditionally loving yourself is a PRACTICE, and we will do just that at this month’s Showga– we’ll practice radical self acceptance and cultivating deep gratitude for this experience of being alive in a human body. We can so much more fully show up for others and provide them with this same love and acceptance when we’re practiced at doing this for ourselves.
We want your loved ones and community members to unconditionally love themselves as well, so we are offering a big fat special this month! Bring a bud who has never been to Showga before and you will BOTH get half priced admission ($10 each)!
